If your watch has stopped or slowed down noticeably and it uses a battery, the battery check is usually the right starting point. For automatics losing or gaining more than a minute a day, a movement tune is worth considering. If the watch has not been serviced in several years and means a lot to you, the full care service may suit it well. We are happy to take a look first and share an honest view before you decide.

Battery and pressure checks are often completed the same day. A movement tune typically takes several days, as we allow time for the watch to settle before taking a final timing reading. The full care and refinish service is scheduled over two to three weeks, which gives us the space to work properly without rushing.

Each service price covers the work described — the battery, cleaning, lubrication, timing, or refinish depending on the service level. If we find anything unexpected that would add to the cost, we will contact you before proceeding. There are no surprise charges after collection.

Southern Thailand's climate is warm and quite humid for much of the year. This can affect seals and gaskets over time, which is one reason we include a pressure check as part of the battery service. For mechanical watches, a service every few years helps keep the lubricants fresh and the movement comfortable.
